Chris and Greg invited me in on day to take a tour of their setup. I was completely impressed! The therapist has a private area to meet with clients privately and also has access to all the equipment at 7B Fitness needed to provide the proper therapy that helps several people with the variety of needs they have!!

It’s been a pleasure to work with Action Point Physical Therapy. Everything, from booking appointments to receiving treatment, is smooth, convenient, and professional. I especially appreciate Chris Vanderford’s competence and persistence throughout the healing process of my arm and shoulder, which had been a chronic and complicated issue. He takes the time to listen, assess, and re-assess, explain what is going on, and perform treatment including assigning at-home exercises. My progress in mobility and strength, reduction of pain, and overall comfort are testimony to the excellent physical therapy I have received. I highly recommend Action Point Physical Therapy.

I am not sure how I made it but somehow I walked into Action Point Physical Therapy in some of the worst back pain I have ever experienced. (And I’m a tough cookie, trust me). I was thoroughly and gently evaluated and treated. I walked out with a 60% reduction in pain. It was a miracle. Over the next few weeks it was completely resolved. I completed my course of therapy with improved posture, strength and a great deal of gratitude. Many thanks to my physical therapist Dr. Garrett Fischer. You listened to me, had great compassion, helped me immensely and gave me the tools I needed to live a more healthy life.
